To help you get the most out of your medications, your doctor can refer you to a Consultant Pharmacist for a Home Medicine Review. The pharmacist visits you at home to thoroughly review your medications. Your doctor is then provided with a detailed report, outlining any potential issues identified in the visit and recommendations on how these can be managed.

There is no cost to you for this service. The pharmacist is reimbursed by Medicare.
